The information you give us may include your name, address, company name, work address, email address, social media accounts and phone numbers, financial and credit card information, personal description and photograph, and strategic information about your business.

HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
All personal information that you provide to us or that we receive from you in the course of our business activities is stored on secure servers (either in physical data centres or in the cloud) and/or on protected equipment/devices and is backed up regularly. All payment information and transactions are processed by Stripe in accordance to their own high-level security standards.
By using our site and submitting your personal information to us, you agree to the transfer, storing or processing of this data by us or any of the carefully selected service providers we work with. This is necessary to carry out our ongoing business activities and to deliver our services to you.
We will take all steps reasonably possible to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
Where you have chosen (or where we have given you) a password that enables you to access certain parts of our site or interactive functionality, you are responsible for keeping that password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

If any provision of this privacy policy is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This privacy policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. By using our site and business services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
