Information you give us – You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our website https://copycafe.co.uk (to subscribe to our free newsletter, become a full Copy Café member or to contact us, for example) or by corresponding with us by phone, email, post, via social media or in person. The information you give us may include your name, address, company name, work address, email address, social media accounts and phone numbers, financial and credit card information, personal description and photograph, and strategic information about your business.
Information we collect about you – With regard to each of your visits to our site we may automatically collect the following information:

All payment information and transactions are processed by Stripe in accordance to their own high-level security standards.
By using our site and submitting your personal information to us, you agree to the transfer, storing or processing of this data by us or any of the carefully selected service providers we work with. This is necessary to carry out our ongoing business activities and to deliver our services to you.
Where you have chosen (or where we have given you) a password that enables you to access certain parts of our site or interactive functionality, you are responsible for keeping that password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
